For over 10 years, I've helped adults and seniors move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conict with warmth and clarity. I believe your patterns started
somewhere, and once we understand that, real change becomes possible. If you're ready for a therapist who listens closely and tells it straight, I'd love to work with you.
Hello! My name is Kelly and I look forward to working with you!
I earned a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from the SUNY Albany School of Social Welfare, with clinical training that provides the foundation for psychotherapy practice. Throughout my over 20 years of clinical practice, I have been afforded the opportunity to work in a variety of environments with diverse populations.
Hi! I am a mental health counselor and addictions recovery counselor who empowers clients to make healthy decisions to reach their goals. I love cooking, taking walks and spending time with my family.
What I want clients to know about me is that I am not the kind of therapist who will just sit back, nod, and ask, “How does that make you feel?” I am warm, honest, direct, and very involved in the work we do together.
My strongest area of work is relationship and family dynamics. I help individuals, couples, and families understand the patterns that create conflict, distance, resentment, poor communication, and emotional disconnection. Many of my clients come to me feeling unheard, disrespected, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward in an important relationship.
I also work with people who grew up in difficult or dysfunctional family environments and are now recognizing how those experiences may still be affecting their boundaries, relationships, parenting, self-worth, and emotional responses. I help clients understand not only what is happening, but how the pattern developed and what they can begin doing differently.
I believe insight is important, but insight alone is not enough. I want therapy to help you connect the dots and develop practical ways to communicate, set boundaries, manage conflict, and respond differently. I will support you, but I will also challenge you when I believe you are minimizing your needs, repeating unhealthy patterns, or avoiding something important.
I am not here to judge you, label the people in your life, or tell you what decisions to make. My role is to help you see things more clearly, understand what is within your control, and feel more confident in how you choose to move forward.
In addition to relationship and family concerns, I also work with anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the impact these challenges can have on everyday functioning and relationships.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in integrated health. I have over 7 years of experience working within the mental health field. In our sessions you can expect to find a warm, non-judgmental, and welcoming approach.
Hello, my name is Sam! My interest in becoming a therapist started with a genuine curiosity about people and what shapes who we are. I studied Human Development and Family Studies in my undergraduate program, where I discovered how much I enjoyed learning about human behavior, relationships, and emotional development. That passion led me to pursue my Master of Social Work. Since then, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including nonprofit organizations, one-on-one outpatient therapy, and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).
