I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and real. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem issues, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life. My approach is practical and compassionate—I help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and make changes that fit your life. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and never judged.
Welcome! I'm glad you're here.
"Sometimes the hardest part of asking for help is not knowing if the person across from you will understand where you come from. I'm Mery, a bilingual, bicultural Latina clinical social worker, and I created my practice as a space where you do not have to explain your culture before we get to the real work. I work with adults and seniors carrying grief, a chronic health diagnosis, the exhaustion of motherhood, or stress that will not let up. Many of my clients are managing more than one of these at once, often while caring for others. I meet you there, in English or in Spanish, and we build a plan that fits your life."

Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded and in control. Outside of sessions, I love biking, traveling, and learning new things. I am currently accepting new clients."
I graduated with a Masters degree from Northcentral University with the degree of Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been working with individuals, adults, and couples. Helping people get from point A to B and see the transforming impact in their lives is what drives me to be a therapist. I love to see people become aware of their own strength and power and rise from their challenges.
Hello, I’m Jose — a board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My background includes years of experience as a bedside nurse in inpatient medical-surgical and behavioral health settings, caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Through my training and practice, I’ve learned that every path to wellness is deeply personal. I’m passionate about collaborating with clients to understand their needs, build on their strengths, and take a motivational, compassionate approach to care.
I also recognize how difficult it can be to find LGBTQIA-affirming mental health support. My work is grounded in helping individuals release shame, embrace authenticity, and find balance through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, or seeking affirming, identity-centered care, my goal is to support you in thriving and becoming your fullest self.

Tired of reading the same cookie cutter bio? I'll keep it short:
I graduated from UPenn 10+ yrs ago w/ a Master's in Social Work. I have experience working in every setting you could imagine. I specialize in making people feel comfortable, safe, and validated. I specialize in treating my clients like they matter, are important & are worthy, no matter what they look like, sound like, or "seem" like. I'm also an expert in being a real human being and not a robot with automated responses who will "mhmm" you to death.
Hi, I'm Dr. Olushola Bakare (she/her), and I'd love to work with you.
I know how exhausting it can feel to keep pushing through anxiety, depression, ADHD, or concerns around intimacy and sexuality — especially when you've already tried to "just push through it" and you're tired of being tired. If that's where you are, I want you to know there's a path forward, and I'd be honored to walk it with you.Regarding cancellations, please be advised that failing to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in an $80 fee. Furthermore, cancellations or rescheduling made within 3 hours of this 24-hour window (e.g., canceling or rescheduling at 11 AM for a 2:00 PM appointment the following day) provide insufficient time to offer the slot to other clients and may result in discharge from the practice. To ensure your appointment time remains available for others, I kindly request that you provide at least 36 hours' notice for any cancellations.
Follow-up appointments must be scheduled within seven days of the session. I do not communicate with clients while driving, and a cancellation fee will apply.
Additionally, if you reside in a state where I am not licensed, please refrain from booking an appointment, as this will result in a no-show charge. I am licensed in MN, ID, MA, FL, NJ, MD, DE, IL, DC, and CT. I will charge $1,000 and $ 200 every hour if subpoenaed.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, stuck, or worn down by stress, trauma, relationships, or health concerns, therapy can help you find a clearer path forward. I trained in medicine at Tehran University of Medical Sciences before earning my PhD in clinical psychology at the University of Houston. My style is warm, practical, and evidence-based, while always tailored to you as a person.
