Oh look, this one is wearing a hat! It can be hard to choose one of us, right? My style is warm, collaborative, experiential, and very human. I’m interested in that space between knowing something intellectually and actually experiencing something differently—how past experiences shape our expectations, how the mind and nervous system respond in the present, and what becomes possible when we slow down enough to notice what’s happening inside.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I received my Masters's of Social Work degree from USC. I have dedicated my career to walking alongside people through some of the most challenging chapters of their lives. My work focuses on helping individuals manage and heal from anxiety, depression, and the profound challenges of grief and loss. With over two decades of clinical experience, I’ve learned that true support means meeting people where they are—with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of their unique struggles.
In my practice, I provide a safe and grounded space where clients can explore their pain without fear of judgment. Whether someone is overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or grieving the loss of a loved one, I guide them in developing resilience, cultivating self-compassion, and rediscovering a sense of hope. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions with a genuine belief in each person’s capacity to grow through hardship.
Helping people find light in the darkness of grief, calm in the chaos of anxiety, and strength in the depths of depression is not just my profession—it’s my calling.
