I value genuine connection and want you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I bring experience across multiple areas of healthcare and believe mental health is an important part of overall well-being. My role is to listen, guide, and help you find the path that fits your life.
Mental health has been an important part of my journey from the very beginning. I graduated from the University of St. Francis while working in inpatient behavioral health, where I learned how meaningful it is to meet people with kindness, patience, and understanding during difficult moments. I spent time working in medical-surgical settings to broaden my experience, but I was drawn back to mental health because it’s where I feel most connected to my work.
I provide care through telehealth and aim to make virtual visits feel as comfortable and easy as possible. I know it can take time to feel at ease talking through a screen, and I focus on creating a space that feels supportive, relaxed, and judgment-free. I take a collaborative approach, listening closely and working with you to find treatment options that fit your needs and your life.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, and related concerns. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward feeling better and more balanced in your day-to-day life.
